Lost and Found
If you have lost something in the general mall area, please call Mall Security at (250) 241-1500. Check each major department store for its own lost and found.
Cuddle Cart Strollers, Wheelchair and Scooter Loans
Loans are complimentary. A valid government issued I.D. is required. You can book out a cuddle cart stroller or wheelchair from the Food Court Service Desk. The scooter is loaned out through OK Color Laser at the main entrance of the mall.
Restrooms, Baby's Change Room, Accessible Washroom
Restrooms are located in the Food Court. Also located in this area are a Baby’s
Change Room and an Accessible Washroom. Public washrooms are also located by
the Mall Administration Office. Our major department stores have their own public
washrooms.
Automated Teller Machines
CIBC and the Royal Bank of Canada have machines located at the mall.
